Now taking enrolments!

Our primary school classes are aimed at budding artists aged 9 – 14 years, an early introduction to the fundamentals of drawing and design. These are structured, fun classes that run each week of the school term that you can either do casually or book in for the term. Kids will explore different techniques and genres of art styles and subject matter, from still lifes (drawing from real life) to designing creatures. Classes are interactive, discussing techniques with live demonstrations of drawing characters by our professional artistic staff, who will do one-on-one feedback with the students. We will regularly cover idea generation, exploration, landscape principles and character development — shape language, proportions, design principles such as the rule of threes, and what is visually appealing.
