Fea­tur­ing the work of our cur­rent Flinders University/​CDW Stu­dios BCA-VEED stu­dents and alum­ni, this gallery show­cas­es some of what we con­sid­er their best cre­ations in 2D or 3D dig­i­tal art. Many of our stu­dents have entered ​‘The Rook­ies’ which is an annu­al awards and men­tor­ship plat­form for stu­dents and recent alum­ni to enter. For stu­dents, this is a great oppor­tu­ni­ty to find out where they stand in the indus­try as emerg­ing artists. Sev­er­al of our stu­dents have won cat­e­gories, placed as final­ists or received oth­er recog­ni­tion through The Rookies. 

We are also proud to say that Flinders Uni­ver­si­ty and CDW Stu­dios received the title of ​‘Best Dig­i­tal Illus­tra­tion School in the World’ for the Dig­i­tal illus­tra­tion cat­e­go­ry in 2017 and 2018 and placed in top ten schools in sev­er­al cat­e­gories in 2019 and 2020.
